At Pintech, we like to keep things simple. The following is a short list of our most important policies:
1. We are not responsible for any lost data on your personal computers or computers you have purchased from us and would like to have worked on. However, we will make every effort to
retrieve/save as much of your data as possible, should the need arise.
2. Items left for 90 days will be considered abandoned, and sold or salvaged
as the owner sees fit. We will make every effort to contact you prior
to this happening, and assure that before the final cut-off date, you will be fully informed of this policy.
3. All work is warrantied for 9 months. New computers carry a 1 Year Warranty.
4. Absolutely NO WORK will be performed without your approval!
5. We do not offer refunds.
